Hi All, I'm still having this issue where there are 2 ports that show as down on the dashboard, but no alerts are present when you click the "2 down" link. [cid:image001.png@01D08DDD.1C78EC00]
Is there a mysql query I could run to diagnose which ports are causing this?
There does appear to be some disconnect between the port down count query on the dashboard and the query for the Port Alerts page: /ports/state=down/

Running a query on the database directly shows me all ports matching said query, but the ports page in Observium is blank. Most ports it has ever shown me is <50.

The one I have found being referred to when it comes to Observium and possible memory problems with php: /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini
I don't know if you are being ironic or not regarding the picture, but I would think 1075x657 is a reasonable size, neither too big or too small...

Weird, trying as attachment instead of embedding...
I'm monitoring 60+ devices with 10k+ ports, and everything else in Observium works like it should. If I run queries directly in MySQL, I can see that all the interface data is there, it's just Observium refusing to show me most of the interfaces in the reports page.
I even get all the port graphs when I look at a device port tab, it's just the ports page that don't work.
A bit annoying having to go through all devices manually looking for the culprits if the front page tells me there are 5 ports down for example. I can, of course, query the database directly, but I'd rather not ;)

They are probably deleted ports?
I think this was fixed recently, but you don't way what version you're running...
