I have an BlueWalker (Powerwalker) UPS and added support for my (VFI2000 LCD) as attached. This should work for all VFIs and others with the same god dam ObjectID of .1.3.6.1.4.1.935.10.1 (which should be all EPPC manufactured units).

Im not an expert in Observium or all things SNMP, but this was my work.

Yes its yet another UPS MIB which EPPC could have done with RFC1628. The unit supports RFC1628 but not enough to be ideal ;( I didnt want to make some bastard mix of both MIBS as that's just twice the mess.
