ISIS and multiple routing instance support in Junos
I've added some Juniper QFX5130's to observium 26.9.15239 (rolling) (29th September 2026).
For our IGP we're running ISIS, and I can't see any adjacencies or info on these, but the BFD sessions on these interfaces do show up. Is there anything I need to enable to make this show up?
Is there any support for multiple routing instances for BGP or tracking EVPN family? We have several peers in different instances which don't show up.
Thanks,
Hi Bryan,

I will give it a try, but I guess the posts I found from 2016 stating ISIS is unsupported is still true. I thing like 90% of all service providers are running ISIS in some form at this point.
I voted for it :-)
Has anyone tested this on Junos (evo) devices?
Thanks,
You probably want to find a device that actually exposes functional versions of ISIS-MIB first, because that's always been the blocker.
adam.

I gave it a try today on a copy of the install tree and had several errors from patch, and the worst probably was that 533.sql existed. I backed the changed out.
