recovering upload/download figures from dumped DB file

Dear Admin,
Unfortunately, I forgot to take the backup of the rrd directory but I did take the backup of the dumped mysql. Is there a way/queries to get the upload/download figures from the database?
Or is there a way like MRTG to get the graphs displayed by importing the dumped DB file to the new Observium system?
Regards

The DB doesn't contain any historical data, this is all in the RRDs. This is why RRDs exist.
So the answer is no.
The D in RRD means database, and MRTG uses RRD. If you delete the RRDs from MRTG, you'll be just as screwed.

Dear Adam,
Thanks for the clarification. If we can't recover the data from RRD, I suppose there are tables in the database . So can't I at least get the upload/download figures from the database.
My management has asked me to produce the upload/download figures at the least ( even if I cannot get the graphs in place)
