We're using the traffic bills module and are a "paid" customer. However, sometime in October, customers that we bill for usage over a wireless link (using UBNT kit), only show 0.00. Traffic can still be seen on the port on the traffic bills screen, but collection of the data seems stuck. There are multiple customers per UBNT node and they are all seeing the same issue. Traffic bills on switches and routers appear fine however. Any idea where to start on trying to fix, or diagnose this. Matt

Hi,
This might be related to missing 64bit counters. I think the billing poller is now hard-coded to use 64bit counters.
You can check to see what kind of counters the normal Observium poller is using if you look in the port settings for the device. (the cog menu on the right)

That seems to be the issue... The UBNT kit does not have 64bit ports it seems. Anyway to revert the behaviour as it's quite important that we start rebilling these ports. Matt
