Remove the ?>, it's not needed and is removed in the current default version of config.php

Also, why does localhost not have an OS image?

I think he was referring to the icon that’s supposed to appear in the top-bar, beside “localhost”

Yeah, but that was something I broke recently. It was being squeezed to 0px * 0px by recent css changes!
