Unable to pulled data for Processor, Memory and storage.
Hi ,
Having problem after updating to Observium 17.5.8580 . All of my servers unable to pulled Processor ,memory and storage data.
Its shown 0B ( 100%) as below picture.I have tested pulled using wmic it able to produce data and also from the ./poller.php but in the observium it wont show any data.
Any advice is much appreciated.

I had the same problem, in my case it was MySQL that was set to strict mode.

this mean, you not update DB schema after update code (svn up):
./discovery.php -u
In normal case, this should be done by cron run with this entry (see cron jobs http://docs.observium.org/install_debian/#perform-initial-discovery-and-poll):

Hi Mike,
After update the DB Scheme it shown as Database is up to date.
As I check again in observium, its still shown as 0% and the error is still there when I debug.
Is this something related to the mysql DB?

Hi,
It seems like somehow your database schema has gotten desynced.
It would probably be pretty complex to fix this, so if you don't need to retain the logs in MySQL, I'd recommend just removing the database, recreating it and then readding devices.
It's a bit of a pain, but you'll never be sure that the database isn't broken otherwise.
Btw, what is it running on? What distribution? What version of MySQL?

Ok, it's not caused by the version being old. I'm not sure what could have caused it.
I'd recommend reinstalling. You can script re-adding and re-discovering devices. Copy the rrd folder to the new install and you'll retain all of the graph history.
