Interface pop up bubble "up"
Hi
I’ve got a problem on the interface where the pop up blocks the mouse pointer from clicking on the interface link, i.e. the mouse pointer is inside the bubble. For interfaces at the bottom of the page when the bubble goes up, down ones are fine.

I'm attaching a patch of a work-around. Hacking on Observium could break svn updates, so only use if you know what you're doing. Caveat emptor. :) -- Cameron Moore

Thanks I noticed that myself. Is there something that I am missing to block all pop ups? I have the following in config.php to block pop ups.
$config['web_mouseover'] = FALSE;
