All, thanks for the help….i think wmi is working because I am now seeing the “windows services” tab on my windows servers. That was not present before.

There’s not likely to be any WMIC messages in that log, not much goes into there. WMIC isn’t used for very much. It slightly improves some windows data, mostly storage. You’ll probably see whatever it does by doing a debugged poller run for the device you’re using WMIC with. Adam.
