Yah, this problem (with net-snmp indexing) should have been fixed in version around 5.4.x.. But it's still exist..
And I can’t reproduce it on any of my systems.

Nothing strange, mib files updated in cisco dir, but old indexes is broke any requests by cisco mibs from this dir..
