some temperature sensor values are missing

Could you tell me why some FEXes temperature thresholds are missing ?

Most probably because you Nexus-switch does not report the threasholds via SNMP. You can run this command: ./discovery.php -h <hostname> -m sensors -d and save the output to a pastebin or a textfile and send us here.

In this case, it's probably because it is returning thresholds, but it's returning 0 as a threshold for everything, which is the opposite of useful.
