Hi All,
I’m having a problem trying to create bills for ports for one of our customers…
we currently monitor the ADSL routers of our clients, and wanted to see if we can get a pretty bill/graph for the PPP ports of all the routers
however adding ports to the bills just seem to make the bill disappear and not work?
so far I add the bill successfully, and set a quota of say 1TB but when I go into the edit tab of the bill, the quota field is empty!?
also i can’t seen to add more than 5 ports?
any ideas
Simon
The ifIndex of those ports probably changes (unless they're cisco devices and you've fixed the indexes)
Other than that, I'll have to check, but I don't think anything is broken at the moment (nothign really has changed for an eternity)
adam.
