I'm not sure how would be best to add a comment field. Alert entries are

a little transient, so perhaps this is better on a per-entity basis. I think add comment on the entity alert is the good way. Not on the state, because state change in the time. After, the possibility to add comment on precise state can make sense for history/log "why this alert". In contradiction with per-entity comment.
