Discovery on Nexus 3K removes all interfaces

I am running 0.15.3.6350 and have noticed that some time ago all interfaces on my nexus 3k's gets marked deleted every time discovery runs. However the interfaces are not deleted.. :/
I have done debugging on the a discovery and the only problems I can find are these (I am not sure these are related at all):

// Markus (suom1)

You probably want to turn off php warnings.
Also, that output starts *after* the ports module, so it's useless :D

My bad.. I also noticed now that it was not discovery that did create the problem.
Here is a new log from when polling ports. http://pastebin.com/Jb1jFFqt
I see now that its only 12 ports that is marked as deleted, so makes me think that its related to QSFP+ ports? The switches are configured to use QSFP+ as 40G ports.
