Fwd: snmp stopped on all monitored devices at once
To start off, I have read the FAQ and tried the points described there to fix this exact problem but it didn't help.
I have one Proxmox host running a fe w LXC c o ntainers, Observium is installed on one of them and successfully gathered data from all of them for a few days then stopped and shows all of them as down.
Here is what I tried and do not understand:
ferguson is the Observium container
snmpwalk -c XXX -v 2c ferguson gives results, I can see stats and numbers so its working querying itself.
snmpwalk -Os -c XXX -v 2c fergusona iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.1 sysDescr.0 = STRING: Linux ferguson 4.2.8-1-pve #1 SMP Sat Mar 19 10:44:29 CET 2016 x86_64
cd /opt/observium/ ./poller.php -d -h ferguson CMD[/usr/bin/snmpget -t '5' -r '10' -v2c -c *** -Pu -OQUst -m SNMPv2-MIB -M /opt/obse rvium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp 'udp':'ferguson':'161' sysObje ctID.0 sysUpTime.0]
EXITCODE[1] CMD RUNTIME[55.0381s] STDOUT[
] STDERR[ Timeout: No Response from udp:ferguson:161. ] SNMP_STATUS[FALSE] o Device status Device is not responding to SNMP requests
Any ideas how to debug or fix this?
