Best way to mass disable certain MIBs per device

Hi,
Easy way to do this? I have a ton of firewalls that support BGP but non running BGP and from the logs looks like that times out quite a bit, would like to just disable that. Is there a safe way to just do it in database and not break anything else?
Thanks
