Hey,
I’ve been looking around and there appears to be 2 different APIs in observium. Is there a specific one which will be removed and the other updated?

The simple API was contributed a number of years ago and abandoned.
The official API doesn't really do much at the moment (authentication is lacking, and it only really does devices/ports), but that's what will be developed further.
