Is it posible to create a alert check on sensors with Entity Match like ”ifAlias match Core*"
I want a alert on port sensors like "Multirate 10GBASE-LR and OC-192/STM-64 SR-1 XFP, SMF - Transceiver Tx Power - Tx 0/1/CPU0/0” but only on my core interfaces.
Best

Nope. Not at present. I'm not sure how you'd do that easily in code.
In the database a sensor is vaguely linked to a port, but not in a way that's easily useful to the alert associations code.

As the sensor is linked to the monitored entity in the database we could try to export those attributes if it exists? Extra attributes mapping to export could go in a separate config array per monitored entity type...
I could try to cook up a poc.
