Please let me know - will I get an invoice when I will pay to get the subscription as that invoice will be required for reimbursement of invoice amount from my organization.

You can request an invoice from our payment processor (we have no direct financial relationship with the end user) after subscription.
Instructions are included in the subscription portal.
