Wrong graph display with specific date and time filtering

Hi All,
I want to display graph in specific time and date but it looks like different as output
Eg: I filter from: 2017-02-28 06:00:00 to 2017-02-28 08:00:00 and as a result display taken from 13:00 to 15:00 instead
Please see my picture bellow: Do you have any idea about this?

Thanks

Your timezones are not set up correctly.

I have verified my timezone is correct and I'm using NTP service to synchronize time from the server

You need to configure your time zone within the PHP.ini file as-well.
