Hi Observium Team,

I am currently using the Observium Professional version. Unfortunately, my recent subscription renewal attempt failed due to an issue with my credit card, and the payment status is now showing as Past Due.

I would like to check if there are any alternative payment options available. so that I can complete the payment and continue using the Professional license without interruption.

Kindly let me know the possible options and the procedure to proceed further.
