We've recently updated Observium (now 0.15.12.7230) and enabled SSH and the on/off switches are not being shown and the date popups don't work. If I browse to it on http it seems to be fine. I've checked the apache config and it looks identical, any thoughts?

This happens to me when I am zoomed in more than 100% on refresh. Try going to 100% zoom and refresh the page and it should adjust.
