Should i just create it than? would i need to restart observium afterwards? or just apache?

if i would create it myself how would the syntax look like?

Set $config['web_url'] to the correct Observium URL in the config.php file, that should fix it.

my problem is per default the url starts with http and not https. and so the tunnel is not encrypted.

This should do the trick: (correct the url)

$config['web_url'] ="https://observium.dingit.dk";

By the way, if you use screenshots in your signature (you realise that means you can't click the link, or copy/paste anything) it's rather smart to remove the misspelling underlines. :>
