Try finding your locations at MapQuest first and update your devices to use their adressing format, this is the primary geocoding API Observium uses: www.mapquest.com

Otherwise, update your config.php to change the geocoding API to Google maps (but beware of the limitations Google has implemented): $config['geocoding']['api'] = 'google';
