How bizarre!
*-state tables are MySQL Memory tables. I wasn't aware they could get full.
Are there any MySQL experts who can explain? :)

Apparently you have to increase the MySQL server heap size.

max_heap_table_size=256M
I had assumed that MySQL memory tables would expand as required, apparently you have to pre-set the size!
This is probably something we can see via the MySQL agent script, I'll have a look :)

Ok, changed the Heap Size... For reference, the installation (still in testing phase) has about 10k ports if memory serves me right (after last upgrade the main page stays blank so I can't verify that :D).
