I have installed community version on my centos7 version, when i try to access it through web http://xxx.xx.xx.xx i get

Follow the install guide again.
It's not worth your (or anyone else's) time to diagnose what you missed during the install process, just do it again.
The easiest way is to use the install script on a Debian/Ubuntu system.

Hi Haresh,
Check in the /etc/apache where you have create a virtual host for observium.
See the tail -f /var/log/apache/access.log & error.log
