Hello team,
we are looking for solution probably via API how we can check status of ports for Helpdesk Staff
My idea is, now all Customer has Customer ID and same ID we are use in Description in Port on switch
Can i via API load status of port UP/DOWN for if i know Description of port? Or open window with this status?
