Observium,
I am a new subscriber to Observium, though I have been using the CE version for about a year and a half. I was reading in the documentation that I could configure alerting via VictorOps, but I cannot seem to find where I have to setup the configuration (the menu selections are not where the screen snap in the documentation shows it to be).. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

I am using the following setup:
Observium 17.1.8318 (12th January 2017) OS Linux 3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64 [amd64] (CentOS 7.3.1611) Apache 2.4.6 (CentOS) PHP/7.0.15 PHP 7.0.15 (OPcache: ENABLED) Python 2.7.5 MySQL 5.5.52-MariaDB (extension: mysqli 5.5.52-MariaDB) SNMP NET-SNMP 5.7.2 RRDtool 1.6.0?

You have to get the REST API (legacy) url from victor ops settings. Its confusing I know, I literally just got this setup my self

Observium list,
I found where to configure the VictorOps setting... FYSA, add a contact (world icon drop-down menu) and in the Contact drop-down menu, you can select VictorOps.. Just a side note, when you get ready to set it up, the "Incident Routing key" is the name of the group that you want the alerts to be sent to inside of VictorOps.. and the URL should have the "$routing_key" tagged to the end.
Thanks for everyone's interest and replies..
Hope this helps,

Hi Bill,
Is it perhaps a mistake that "incident routing key" is a required parameter? I don't recall from when I did the integration.
I'll have to check their API.

Adam,
Hope this finds you well.. I don't think it's a mistake per se, i think that it may be as simple as VictorOps has updated the way that they setup their "listener" side of the API. Once i realized where the configuration lived, it was easy to setup.. And in speaking to our VictorOps admin, i got a better understanding of the grouping / roles on the VO side as well.
The configuration of the Incident routing Key is, on the VictorOps side, akin to distribution groups / chat rooms, according to our VictorOps SME. If we had a vanilla VictorOps deployment, I believe the default config of the "everyone" would be bang on.
Thanks for all of the fantastic work on Observium, I have found it to be an extremely valuable tool.
Cheers,
--Bill
