Maybe I miss smeething...
I have add some new devices and no of them is showing the aplication like apache. In the application tab of the properties is also empty.
But telnet <host> 36602 are displaying information like the other device, where the app is installed and showing in Observium
Any idea?

than I added it again, during the discover process I have startet at the target host a tcpdump listening at 36602. After 2 minutes or more I see the request to 36602. After 10 minutes the app part is still not displayed.
This morning I have updated observium. I was wondering, because we have installed a new Powerdns, and also here with telnet it works fine. <<<app-powerdns>>> backend-queries=62,corrupt-packets=0 .......

It's difficult to say why this isn't working, the applications stuff is fairly simple.
What's the output of
./poller.php -h <hostname> -m unix-agent,applications -d
Beware there may be sensitive data in the output.

Hello
I have installed a new instance and put a DNS Server Device with xinetd enable and scripts installed.
Polling is ok, port 36602 is answering, in the table applications there is no device/data listet. Must I enable something? Observium as Device in the new instance has also no App listet.
