This does exist, go to
<your_url>/map.php
Its use varies greatly on the number of devices you have. It uses `dot` from `graphviz` which you must have installed and configured in config.php ($config['dot'])
Also each port shows LLDP neighbors if you go to /neighbors/, and there should be a sub-tab of an interface called 'Map' to show you 1 level of connections.
Also, please share your php7 changes for weathermap to that project, we did similar a few years ago but Im not sure if they actually got committed.

Yes, we already make extensive use of the php-weathermap plugin with some code modifications to better support php7.
What we are looking for is something that will dynamically draw a network relationship map using XDP data, with the ability to limit the scope to a defined set of devices.
Weathermap is good for showing network utilization of infrastructure networks (well understood, defined use and good documentation) but not so useful for our ad-hoc or campus stuff (so yeah we don't know what this switch in this cupboard is for but if it goes off this breaks etc).
