Scheduled Alerting

Sorry if this has been asked before, I could not find it. I am looking to turn off alerts after hours and weekends on some of our equipment, is that possible?
Thank you in advance for your help.
John

Not at present, but it might well not be difficult to add.
Maybe. Recurring schedules but not scheduled maintenance.
Adam.

An alternative to waiting for official support for schedules which you could use is the "External program" contact type, which allows you to write your own script to handle alert notifications.

Yes, many notification features are better done externally.
Services like opsgenie, alertops and victorops all will give you much better control over notification and escalation and the like.
