I've installed a new server under Ubuntu server like describe in the documentation. I've create a user (adduser) I've create a host (addhost), running discovery and poller without error.
But, when I try to connect I've no login page, only the logo Observium and in the top right " Widescreen | Not logged in!"
Any idea ?

Try a different browser ? I too, noticed some display problems on IE.

Sounds like the problem I had. I upgraded from Ubuntu 10.04 to 12.04 - after that everything worked

The release is Ubuntu 12.04 amd64.
