I have two questions,
1) How can I clear switch port and billing stats once a new customer takes over a server ? 2) How can I assign ports as customers in the paid observium ?
Customer ports are hp vc flex-10 ports so I don't think I can assign a per port description.

I dont know any solution of this in Observium, but you could configure another SNMPID on the port, so it appears to have another port.

Add a port description and it will show up in Observium under the port number.
