Not at present. Doing this sort of thing would require extracting and processing data from the RRDs, which would be really fiddly to do for more than a handle full of RRD types, and would be really, really, really, really slow.

Is it possible to list vaules for all device like device_snmp?

Currently is is only possible for Sensors and counters.
