Adding devices by IP address instead of hostname

Is there a way of adding devices to Observium by IP address (without having a FQDN with DNS for it)? If not, could I do it by editing the values in the database?

Hi,
in Pro - yes, in CE - currently no, but you can add any host association in /etc/hosts file.
