We are using Observium to help support or local schools and we have a district that is using an HPJ8992A Switch 6200yl-24G, firmware K.15.16.0006. This switch is lacking many details in Observium the first and biggest one is the Port details. No Ports are showing on this switch.

IT seems this device frequently fails to respond properly to SNMP. It's probably a firmware bug of some kind :
SQL[[0;33mUPDATE `ports` set `deleted` ='0' WHERE `port_id` = '832'[0m][0m SQL RUNTIME[[0;31m0.09918118s[0m][0m
This shows that the ports are discovered and exist in the database, but are being marked as deleted at some point for some reason. Probably a newer firmware will fix this.
