It looks yesterday a wrong certificate has been loaded on the Observium website:
Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for www.observium.org. The certificate is only valid for observium.org.

The cert is missing the alternate name with the www portion, the site without it works just fine:

Correct, but when you go for example to subscription management the site redirects to https://www.observium.org/subs/index.php . Without www this page does not work.
