NTPD monitoring script

Hello list,
I have rewritten the NTPD application monitoring script as a shell script rather than installing PHP on my servers. I have been running this for a few weeks now and haven't noticed any issues with it. I'd like to see how the script works on a larger variety of systems before I would call it finished.
Would anyone else on this list like to give it a try?
Thanks,
AJ Schroeder

Hello,
I can test it if you want.

I would like too. Removing php on host that does not need it is better for me :)

Rather than email it out to everyone individually I am attaching the script to this email. Feel free to test and/or improve the script as needed.
Thanks,
AJ Schroeder

Hi AJ,
I'll check it out on Debian 7 and 8 as well [provided I find some time].
Thanks! Tom

I run SLES and OpenSUSE, I'll put it on the dev servers and see how it goes.
I think we get php in the default install (it's been so long since i've set it up the autoyast), so it's not such a problem for me.
thanks
