Is there a way to change the hamster logo on the main page? I am assuming it's a file sitting somewhere i can't figure out where.

Would it be possible to shrink all the .png's? Using tinypng.com for example? A lot off them are quite big and it would speed up loading the site, especially over slow wan links.
