We've started to use Twitter's Bootstrap CSS as the base for the look & feel. I'm slowly trying to migrate everything to the new styles.
Bootstrap doesn't work perfectly for us, it wastes a lot of space we can't afford, so in places we're still trying to get it all to look right!
