I’m looking at subscribing to the Subscription Edition do you provide some sort of invoice if I sign up? Something to claim back the expense.

Paypal provides you with a confirmation mail of your payment. If this is not enough for you, you can contact Adam if he can provide you with an invoice, if that fails, I can do it - but in that case, please don't pay via the Paypal link on the site but contact me directly.
