By default Observium can read only uptime from lan-controller. The simpliest way (but not the best, not too good) I found is custom plugin to munin. Its easy to write, but you need device able to run xinetd and observium-agent (raspberry or some linux server). And the graph wouldnt be related to lan controller but to this device. You can fix this by redirecting xinetd port from lan-controller to the observium-agent device. I am using this method to monitor signal on some APs. The plugin just parses the number from web interface and sends it to stdout.

There could be official plugin for munin, which would be usable with Observium.
