Hello, There are some devices that are not under our administration but need to be monitored by ping only (without snmp discovery) for reachability information, would it be possible please?

Hi Toky,
To just do simple ping tests, you can use the “probe” system. Create a ping probe on the “localhost” device (or whatever name you have for the Observium server) and change the options to make it ping another host

Can I be made in to the same "add device"? we also have a number of devices without SNMP.

Many people (including me) are interested in this feature (simple ping tests for devices without SNMP).
Worth noting, probes are only available with the subscription version of Observium: https://docs.observium.org/probes/
