Dear Team,
Still we are facing below issue when we have click add device option in web panel .I have configured observing in Centos. I have been following many URL but did not get any solution.
Error You have insufficient permissions to view this page.
#tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log File does not exist: /opt/observium/html/images/no-48.png, referer: http://localhost/addhost/

are you able to add it using the cli

There is nothing any issue when we add host using cli mode.
[root@test observium]# ./addhost.php test.example.com public v2c Trying v2c community public ...

Added device test.example.com (2)
When we try to add using webpanel on that time we are facing the issue as well as not display the server in GUI.

You are trying to add a host using a user which is not level 10.
