As per on the request of our security staff, we decided to change the system OS to RHEL then we encountered the following problem:
May I have a support for initial installation please?
Note that we have a valid Observium subscription.

Please start a new thread by writing an e-mail to the mailing list observium@observium.org.
Also, from your output, you need to do basic troubleshooting: you seem to be unable to connect to your database and have not installed the required svn package to pull from svn.
