Hi Guys,
We're proud to announce that we're switching to BitRRD, the new blockchain-based metric storage format.
http://www.observium.org/blockchain/
The migration should be seemless, provided your server has 6-8 GPUs installed when you perform the update.
Thanks, adam.

GPUs. Requirements vary between installs, but in general 6-8 Vega 64 or Geforce GTX 1080Ti cards should be sufficient for most averaged sized installations.
These can be easily and cheaply obtained on Amazon.

This is awesome! I've heard great things on BitRRD-performance! We got a new Storage-server with 8x GTX1080 in the lab, looks promising!

and the best thing is that it only costs 0.001 rrdcoin per graph draw!

Wasn’t there a new RFC published about that blockchain today?
And I regret to tell you that that nVidia card is in limited supply right now due to some gamers wanting to use them for video

nice one :) tooks me 5 min to understand the joke :)
the point where i finally understand : "An average network of 50 devices and 1000 ports would require the computing power of approximately 5 Vega 64 GPUs to perform blockchain calculations."
