Hello,
I have some newer Tripp Lite products that I have in my network that utilize two additional MIB's in the software. How can I get these added to the platform? The MIB's are TRIPPLITE.MIB and TRIPPLITE-PRODUCTS.MIB

These MIBs are already in the distribution, but I don't think we collect anything from them at present.
What exactly do you expect to get from your devices?

For the devies running the 15.xx firmware, it only uses TRIPPLITE.MIB and the TRIPPLITE-PRODUCTS.MIB. Observium version 0.16.10.8128 keeps trying to discover info from the TRIPPLITE-12X.MIB which will fails everytime. Voltage, Frequency, Current are the figures that I looking for.

They've moved stuff around in the MIB but kept the same MIB name?
You're going to have to prove that with some examples, because it's a very rare thing for a vendor to do. If they have done that, we'll need to somehow detect it, split the OS into two versions and maintain two separate sets of MIBs. But err, you'll need to prove that this has happened first.
Also, if they have done this, I'd recommend never buying any hardware from them again, because it's a pretty shitty thing for a vendor to do.

No. Totally different MIB structure. The managed PDU's and SNMPWEBCARD products use the UPS.MIB and TRIPPLITE-12X. Its OID are "tlUPS." The LX platform devices only seem to read from the TRIPPLITE-PRODUCTS.MIB. Its OID's are tlpUPS, tlpPDU, tlpATS, etc.

The two MIB files that they need are the base mib module TRIPPLITE.MIB and products mib modules TRIPPLITE-PRODUCTS.MIB.
