I asked a question with my work email and of course forgot to remove my signature. How do I remove all my information? Getting a lot of BOT and sales calls.

You can mange your mail and list account here:

I'd be surprised if you got very much as a result of a post on this list, but if you've managed to leak information that wasn't otherwise public and it's now on spam lists, you're sort of screwed.
I deleted a post from you from the archive (took a while it figure out how to do that!), but once that information is out there, it's out there.
Thanks, adam.

"If you accidentally shared your work email with your signature and are now receiving an influx of sales or bot calls, the best approach is to update your email signature and remove any personal or work details. You can also report your email address to spam monitoring services to reduce the risk of further unsolicited contacts. To manage the calls, consider registering your number with the National Do Not Call Registry, using call-blocking apps, or enabling features like “spam call protection” from your phone carrier.
