I would be somewhat against it as long as there is still a community edition available. I would probably say some of the community members take a bit more active role in helping out. I wouldn't mind another list for it or maybe the ability to also use IRC. I suppose it could be where the mailing list is read-only for non-subscribers. If that were the case, perhaps a better mailing-list search capability.

I know its difficult to make time for support. You guys are really responsive and it is appreciated.

Open access. No support for CE would suck. Or do you envisage another way for those users? A forum noone reads? :P IMO the way it is now is just fine.
