Observium compatibility as mobile apps

Hi,
I just create a mobile apps for observium but the page webview seem not capable for mobile viewing. It just a normal webview ( as seen on normal monitor).
Is it can be done as for adaptive web design to suit mobile viewing?Any adjustments to the page itself?
An advice really appreciated.
Thank you.

Do *not* create fake web apps for observium, please.
Adam.
